Hearty and filling tomatoe soup, quick and easy to prepare, and will keep you going till dinner time.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomatoe and lentil soup

3 medium mushrooms
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 g paprika
1 g cayenne pepper
3 g sage
1 g basil
1 serving Packet Chopped tomatoes
1 serving Biona Green Lentils

Recipe Directions for Tomatoe and lentil soup

  1. pour in packet chopped tomatoes.

  2. add 150 ml water and begin to heat.

  3. add chopped mushrooms, green lentils , salt, sage and basil.

  4. bring to boil and then let simmer for 5- 10 min before blending,

  5. leave to simmer for another 2-3 min adding the corriander, paprika, and cayenne
