1 oz bacon
1 medium tomatoe
3 tbsp flour
2 cup
3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Tomatoe Gravy

  1. combine bacon grease, flour, salt and pepper to create a Roux.

  2. Add fresh tomatoe, canned tomatoes and water.

  3. Simmer till gravy thickens.

  4. Serve over biscuits.
