Recipe Ingredients for tomatoe gravy

14 oz diced tomatoes
4 tsp oil
4 tsp flour
14 oz water
3 tsp salt
3 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for tomatoe gravy

  1. Brown oil, salt, pepper, and flour in a skillet to create a roux.

  2. when roux is brown add tomatoes and water.

  3. Bring to boil then simmer for 15 min.

  4. Ser over biscuts
