Great summer soup for all the zuchinnis in the garden

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Zuchinni Soup

3 zuchinni, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
8 leaves fresh basil
15 oz garbanzo beans
15 oz great northern beans
32 oz vegetable stock
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
28 oz. diced tomatoes
4 stalks celery, sliced
1 red pepper, diced
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato Zuchinni Soup

Saute the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the remaining indredients and cook until tender. Server with a little parm on top.
