Recipe Ingredients for Tomato/Watercress

2 cup, chopped Watercress
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 medium raw Onion Yellow
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Tomato/Watercress

  1. saute onions and garlic in a pan.

  2. Dice tomato into small peices.

  3. Add to garlic and onions.

  4. Cook until it forms a paste.

  5. Wash and remove stems and excess water from watcress.

  6. Add to tonato mixture.

  7. Toss until wilted, less than a minute.
