Tomato soup with vegetables and harissa

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato/vegetable soup with harissa

300 grams Chopped Tomatoes 2 oz
100 grams Onions
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
0.13 cup Crushed Tomatoes, Concentrated/Italian Style
1 Cube Chicken Stock Cubes
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato/vegetable soup with harissa

Gently fry onions till soft. Add stock and vegetables and tomato concentrate + harissa and let it all cook at low heat till vegetables reach desired texture. Add a little sweetener to taste.
