Easy soup, hearty and filling. Add rice or pasta for more filling if necessary.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Veg Soup

1 carrot, diced
2 celery stalk, diced
1 potato, diced
1 cup corn
6 tbsp tomato paste
3 large mushrooms, sliced
1 small zucchini, diced
3 tsp basil, dried
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp oregano, dried
1 small onion, diced
12 cups water

Recipe Directions for Tomato Veg Soup

  1. Dice all the ingredients.

  2. Throw in to pot.

  3. Wait for boil.

  4. Add tomato paste and seasonings.

  5. Heat on low for as many hours until the taste is as rich as you want it to be!
