Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Tortillas 1/3 Whole Grain / 2/3 White Flour

180 g wheat flour
95 g whole grain flour
4 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp warm water
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Tomato Tortillas 1/3 Whole Grain / 2/3 White Flour

  1. Mix ingredients together in large bowl

  2. Knead dough until soft and uniformly colored

  3. Let rest covered for 30 minutes

  4. Divide into 8 parts

  5. On a floured surface, roll out thin tortillas.

  6. Put each tortillas in an unoiled pan on medium heat for 2 minutes, turning once

  7. Wrap tortillas in kitchen towel when ready, keeping warm in oven at 75 C.
