Recipe Ingredients for Tomato stew

10 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
4 clove Garlic
2 medium raw Onion Red
3 tsp Chicken Base
400 grams Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
8 grams Scotch Bonnet Chile Peppers
2 tbsp(34 g) Tomato Paste
1 grams Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Tomato stew

  1. Blend tomatoes, bell and scotch bonnet peppers, and garlic in blender/food processor.

  2. Pour into a large pot, add tomato paste, stir and allow mixture to come to a boil.

  3. Lower heat and simmer for about 90 minutes.

  4. Turn off heat and allow pot to cool while preparing the other ingredients.

  5. Dice onions.

  6. Heat oil in another large pot and stir-fry onions until they are translucent, adding all spices and chicken bouillon paste at this stage.

  7. Add tomato-pepper sauce from first pot to second pot, stirring to make sure all ingredients are well-blended.

  8. Cover and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
