A vegetable stew that is nice on it's own or served with beef, lamb or white-fleshed fish. Add custom item Global Organics Cannellini beans.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato stew

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Carrots
400 g Whole Peeled Tomatoes
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Tomato stew

  1. Sweat onion, carrot and celery over low heat. Add a little water to stop it from catching on the pan.

  2. Add omatoes and dried oregano.

  3. Garnish with fresh coriander.
