Round steak cooked with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions. tender every time.

Recipe Ingredients for tomato steak

16 oz Beef, Round, Bottom Round
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tsp Parsley, Dried
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
3 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 cup Soup, Beef Broth Or Bouillon
1 cup Tomato Juice

Recipe Directions for tomato steak

  1. in a 9x13, place round steak cut in small portions.

  2. chop onions and mushrooms and place on top ofsteak.

  3. mix remaining ingredients in a bowl

  4. use bouillon cube not broth

  5. pour over steaks

  6. cover with foil and bake for 90 minutes at 350
