Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & Spinach Pasta Toss

4 cups rotini, whole wheat, uncooked
1 1/4 lb. sausage, Italian, cooked
6 oz. baby spinach leaves
29 oz. diced tomatoes, Italian-style

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Spinach Pasta Toss

  1. Cook pasta as directed on the package.

  2. Meanwhile, crumble meat into large deep skillet. Cook on medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain.

  3. Add spinach and tomatoes to meat. Cook until spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add pasta to skillet and toss to coat.
