Hearty tomato soup with easy veggies - 8 generous servings

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Soup with Veggies

10 serving Tomato Paste No Salt Added
3 1/2 cup Kidney Beans
6 tsp Bouillon
2 oz Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Dry
4 serving (Meijer's) Rainbow Salad
6 tsp raw Garlic
1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled

Recipe Directions for Tomato Soup with Veggies

  1. In a soup pan, combine:

  2. 8 cups water

  3. 2 cans tomato paste, no salt

  4. 8 oz rainbow salad (shredded cauliflower hearts, broccoli florets, carrots, red cabbage)

  5. 1 can Kuner's Kidney Beans, no salt added

  6. 2Tbs Tomato Bouillon with Chicken(or boullion)

  7. 4 Tbs minced garlic

  8. 1 medium potato (boiled or raw) diced

  9. 2 oz whole wheat macaroni

  10. Season to suit your taste, I used Italian herbs and basil - and a shake of worchestershire sauce.
