to make your soup creamier, add in 1 1/2 tbsp non-dairy cream cheese or sour cream, OR 1/2 cup mashed & blended chickpeas. let your soup simmer for 7-10 minutes longer, then serve with some crusty garlic bread or a vegan grilled cheese.

1 serving Bouillon, Vegetable
400 grams Water
40 grams Onions
65 grams Carrots

Recipe Directions for Tomato Soup

keep on low heat, covered, for about 30 minutes to an hour. then blend in a food processor in batches, or use an immersion blender until it?s a consistent liquid. from here you can choose to strain out all of the seed & skin, or keep everything in. it really depends on whether you want a campbell?s-type soup, or a more rustic soup.
