Hot and tasty tomato soup with very low calorie.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Soup

220 g swede
220 g carrots
220 g chopped tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Chicken Stock Cube
1 1/2 litre water
1 tbs tomato puree

Recipe Directions for Tomato Soup

chop swede and carrots and add along with tin of chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and chopped onion with water. Bring to boil and add stock cube along with bay leave and some pepper if required. simmer for 1 hour or until vegetable are soft. remove bay leafs and liquidize in blender.
