Well; if the name doesn't give away the secret, this is a recipe for wait for it tomato soup

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato soup

1 t. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 T. garlic
3 red bell peppers
4 large tomatoes
1 1/2 t. thyme
2 t. paprika
1/8 t. sugar
6 cups fat free low sodium chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Tomato soup

  1. Roast peppers under broiler until slightly blackened; put in a bag and seal for 15 mins. to loosen skin. Peal, core and remove seeds, then chop. OR: use bottled roasted peppers.

  2. Cut tomatoes in half, spray with olive oil and roast at 400 for 40 mins. Pulse in food processor when cool.

  3. Heat olive oil to moderate and saute garlic and onions until soft. Stir in tomatoes, peppers, spices. Cook over med-low heat until juices have evaporated - about 25 mins.

  4. Stir in chicken stock, a pinch of cayenne, some grinds of pepper, and salt if wanted. Bring to boil, then simmer partially covered about 25 mins.

  5. Strain; place solids back in food processor and then recombine.

  6. Can thicken with a bit of flour and water or cornstarch. Ladle into bowls and top with sour cream or whatever you like.

  7. Eat.
