Healthy and Low Calorie Tomato Soup

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Soup

1 can chicken broth
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion flakes
1/2 tsp thyme
1 grilled chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Tomato Soup

Puree chicken broth and tomato in a blender. Pour into pan and add garlic, black pepper, onion flakes and thyme. Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Grill one chicken breast on grill and cube. Add to soup mixture and heat then serve.
