Recipe Ingredients for Tomato soup

28 oz canned tomato sauce
28 oz canned fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 t extra virgin olive oil
1 fresh yellow squash
1/4 t garlic salt
1/3 t black pepper

Recipe Directions for Tomato soup

Chop and saute squash in olive oil. Add canned tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes. Blend using a hand blender. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 more minutes.
