Italian style tomato rice soup substituting shirataki rice shaped noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Shirataki Rice soup

1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup carrot, grated
2 tblsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
2 tblsp olive oil
70 oz crushed tomatoes, low sodium
32 oz chicken stock
1 salt
1 pepper
14 oz. White Shirataki Bag (Yam Noodle)

Recipe Directions for Tomato Shirataki Rice soup

  1. Melt butter and olive oil in a sauce pan.

  2. Saute the salted and peppered vegetables until limp.

  3. Add the crushed tomatoes and chicken broth.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  5. Add 2 tsp dried basil and 2 tsp dried marjoram.

  6. Simmer about 20 minutes.
