Very very healthy meat and tomato sauce. Can eat with pasta or vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for tomato sauce

459 grams Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
1325 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
365 grams Onions
25 grams Garlic
1 tbsp Olive Oil
150 grams Carrots
75 grams Cabbage, Red
10 grams Paprika
10 grams Pepper, Black
10 grams Pepper, Ancho, Dried
1 cube Beef Bouillon

Recipe Directions for tomato sauce

  1. Brown meat, add grated onion, carrots, and garlic. saute a little more.

  2. Add spices and cabbage, stir and saute a little more. You may wish to add some extra spices like e.g. curry and/or oregano to make it more interesting.

  3. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 40min.
