Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Sauce

2 serving Tesco Original Pasta Sauce
2 serving Trattoria Verdi Italian Chunky Chopped Tomatoes and Herbs
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 Small Aubergine
1 cup, diced Celery
4 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
2 Teaspoon Basil

Recipe Directions for Tomato Sauce

  1. Chopped onions and garlic and cook in a hot pan until the onions are clear.

  2. Add all the other chopped veggies.

  3. Add the canned tomatoes and tomato sauce.

  4. Add basil and oregano as you like it.
