Recipe Ingredients for tomato sauce

42 oz tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup onion
1 small carrot
1 stalk celery

Recipe Directions for tomato sauce

  1. Saute onion, celery, carrot in oil until onion turns golden, about 5 minutes. Medium heat.

  2. Add garlic, stir 30 seconds.

  3. Add to tomatoes, simmer Med Low for 10 minutes, until thickens.
