Very quick & easy salad. You can add feta cheese or mozzarella and turn it into a starter or main on it's own.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Salad

3 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 clove Garlic
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.25 lemon yields Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato Salad

  1. Cut cherry toms in half through stem site. very finely chop the red onion. Chop basil leaves to your liking.

  2. Place toms, onions and basil in a bowl and add all other ingredients. Combine well and serve.

  3. Can also be made in advance for BBQ's etc.
