My 1st attempt at this. I hope it will be good I havent tried it yet. I'll let ya know! ok so I didnt like this, Mike said it was bland so he added more seasonings to it

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Salad

1 1/2 cup tomato
2 green onions
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Tomato Salad

  1. I used 1 large tomato diced up into small pieces

  2. added 2 green onions chopped fine

  3. made a dressing with a 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup vinegar and seasoning

  4. used about half of it over the tomato salad

  5. Closed the container tightly and tossed to coat

  6. Placed it in the fridge to chill while my dinner cooks

  7. I'll let ya know how it is after we try it at dinner tonight!
