265 g tomato
30 g onion
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp vinegar
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper

Recipe Directions for tomato salad

  1. Slice a large 'beef' tomato into chunky slices

  2. Arrange on plate and scatter slices of spring onion over.

  3. Dress with virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.

  4. Season with sea salt and freshly milled black pepper.
