A very frugal and basic "chicken with stuff" recipe. Good eaten as a stew, filling, or topping.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Rosemary Chicken

11 1/2 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
6 oz tomato paste
1/5 oz fresh rosemary
1/4 can water

Recipe Directions for Tomato Rosemary Chicken

  1. Bake chicken in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping in between the time.

  2. Tear baked chicken into pieces or shreds.

  3. Combine chicken and tomato paste in small pot over medium to low heat.

  4. Stir in the rosemary and water to thin.

  5. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until everything combines.

  6. Each serving is about 4 oz.
