Recipe Ingredients for Tomato risotto

1 medium raw Onion Yellow
25 grams Butter
475 grams Organic Vegetable Broth
175 grams Arborio Rice
2 tbsp Basil, Fresh
300 grams Italian Chopped Tomatoes
50 grams Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tomato risotto

Saute the onion in butter for 10 minutes. Add rice & stir until glistening. Add the rest of the ingredients except the parmesan. Bring to a boil, stir, then put into the oven at 180 c for 20 minutes. Take out, stir, then put back in for 15 more minutes. Take out & add parmesan before serving
