Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & Ricotta Pasta Bake

7 oz pasta
1 canned tomatoes (296ml)
220 g onion
11 g garlic
475 g ricotta cheese
3 oz cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Ricotta Pasta Bake

  1. Saute the onion and garlic.

  2. Add the tomatoes and some basil and simmer whilst cooking the pasta.

  3. Mix tomatoes and pasta and place into baking dish.

  4. Beat ricotta and add cheddar and some ground nutmeg.

  5. Spread cheese mix on top of tomatoes and bake at 375F for 20 mins.
