Recipe Ingredients for tomato and rice soup

160 g onions
100 g carrots
80 g red peppers
200 g rice, cooked
100 g soya beans
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp mixed herbs
420 g tomatoes, canned
100 ml tomato juice
10 g stock cubes
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for tomato and rice soup

  1. chop vegetables

  2. cook onions in the oil, then add carrots and peppers

  3. add tomato juice

  4. add stock with hot water to 2.5lt

  5. simmer

  6. add rice and soya beans

  7. simmer

  8. add herbs and pepper
