Tomato Rice with Ham, Mushrooms & Peas

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Rice with Ham, Mushrooms & Peas

1 cup rice, easy cook, cooked
1 cup frozen peas
1 onion, chopped
6 mushrooms, chopped
6 slices ham, chopped
1/2 tomatoes, canned chillies

Recipe Directions for Tomato Rice with Ham, Mushrooms & Peas

  1. Fry onion until soft

  2. Add mushrooms and fry until cooked

  3. Add peas and ham cook until warm

  4. Add tinned tomatoes and cook for approx 5 mins adding water if it gets too dry

  5. Season to taste

  6. Add cooked rice mixing well and warmed through
