Recipe Ingredients for tomato and red pepper soup

1 kg tomatoes
3 red peppers
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp mixed herbs

Recipe Directions for tomato and red pepper soup

  1. roughly chop all veg

  2. drizzle oil, herbs and vinegar over veg

  3. roast in medium heat oven for 40 mins

  4. whizz in blender

  5. serve
