This is a great summertime quick and easy salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato/Red Onion Salad

6 med ripe tomatoes
1 med red onion
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dried oregano

Recipe Directions for Tomato/Red Onion Salad

  1. Cut tomatoes into wedges. Cut onion into slivered wedges.

  2. Mix oil, vinegar and oregano in separate container.

  3. Just before serving pour dressing over tomatoes, onions and cheese and lightly toss
