2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 oz Pancetta
2 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 oz Tomato Puree
