Recipe Ingredients for Tomato potluck

3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
3 medium Mushrooms
2 cup Thai-Style Stirfry Blend
83 grams Farfalle
4 cup Tomato Juice

Recipe Directions for Tomato potluck

  1. Cook 1 cup of farfalle until tender.

  2. Drain the farfelle.

  3. Add farfalle, frozen or raw vegetables in a pot.

  4. Cover with tomato juice (without salt is best)

  5. Add pepper and spices you like.

  6. Cook at medium high for about 10 minutes. (Might take longer with certain vegetables like potatoes and rutabaga.)

  7. **Vegetables and pasta can be changed depending on people's taste.
