This is a great recipe for a cold day. One thing about this recipe - cut all your veg. up very small.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Potage

2 cups Carrots, sliced, pared
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
3 T Vegetable Oil
2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 t Salt
4 cups Water
1/2 t Italian Seasoning
2 lbs. Stewed Tomatoes
4 ozs. Spaghetti, broken

Recipe Directions for Tomato Potage

Saute Carrots, onion, celery, and oil until onion is soft. Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti. Heat to boiling, cover, and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in spaghetti. Simmer 30 minutes longer or until vegetables and spaghetti are tender.
