Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Pie

1 crust, single 9" Pie Crust, Standard-type
1 medium Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1 cup Milk, Fluid, 3.25% Milkfat
0.25 cup Spinach
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
0.25 cup Parsley
1 clove Garlic
8 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
1 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
0.5 cup Pizza Double Cheese Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tomato Pie

  1. Beat eggs, add to milk, cheese, garlic. Put spinach over bottom of pie crust, add half a large tin of whole tomatoes, cover with the egg mixture and sprinkle with basil and parsley.

  2. Bake 400F for 45 mins. et stand 12-30mins before serving.
