Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Pie

615 grams Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
8 oz Sharp White Cheddar
1 cup(235 g) Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise Type, Regular
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 crust, single 9" Pie Crust, Standard-type
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 tablespoon Oregano

Recipe Directions for Tomato Pie

Mix salt, pepper, scallions, oregano and half the cheddar with the mayonnaise. Slice the tomatoes and add a layer to the bottom of pie crust. Layer this with mayonnaise mixture. Add another layer of tomatoes, and another layer of mixture. Add rest of cheese to top of pie and bake until browned on top. Enjoy!
