Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Pesto Toasties

2 serving Cincinnati Dark Rye Bread
0.187 cup Ricotta, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.666 tbsp Classic Basil Pesto
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup chopped Red Onion
2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Tomato Pesto Toasties

  1. Toast the bread slices on a hot grill until golden brown on both sides turning once. Leave to cool.

  2. Mix together the skimmed milk soft cheese and pesto in small bowl until well blended, then spread thickly on to the toasted bread.
