Pasta made with canned tomatoes and bell pepper. Can add other vegetables (mushrooms, spring onion etc) for more taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Pasta (Vegetarian)

1 green bell pepper
400 g canned chopped tomatoes
200 g penne pasta
50 g chedder cheese

Recipe Directions for Tomato Pasta (Vegetarian)

  1. Cook pasta

  2. Cut up bell pepper into rough cubes

  3. Mix together tomatoes, pasta and bell peper

  4. Grate cheese over top

  5. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and everything is nice and hot
