Delicious low cal pasta bake. I actually use 1 can (423g) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil Garlic and Oregano instead of dicing tomatoes and adding the basil, garlic and oregano separately.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato Pasta

1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
4 teaspoons grated parmesan
2 large Tomato
2 cup tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon Basil
1/4 teaspoon Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tomato Pasta

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Boil and drain pasta

  3. Dice tomatoes if not using canned

  4. Mix all ingredients except 2/3 of shredded cheese

  5. Dump mix into a baking pan coated lightly in olive oil

  6. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese evenly across top

  7. Bake at 325 for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is thoroughly melted
