Great tasting - Cream tomato soup

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & parsnip Soup

1 cup Onions
2 clove Garlic
1.5 cup slices Parsnips
1 tablespoon Thyme
32 oz Joubere Organic Chicken Stock
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
4 oz Tomato Paste
1 tbsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
0.5 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 Tbsp 37% Light Buttery Spread
1 tbsp Parsley
1 serving White Cooking Wine
0.5 cup Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Tomato & parsnip Soup

Chop onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes in butter. Chop parsnip and add to onion mix. In a separate pan add all of the other ingredients. Add onion mix and simmer until parsnip is tender. Blend all to a nice creamier consistency and enjoy it
