2 eggs
3 egg whites
1/2 onion
1/2 cup tomato
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove

Recipe Directions for Tomato and Parmesan scramble

  1. Saute onion and garlic in oil

  2. Beat eggs in separate bowl add diced tomoto

  3. Add to onion and garlic.

  4. Add parmesan.

  5. Cook on medium heat.
