Recipe Ingredients for Tomato & Onion Stew

5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large Onions
50 grams Tomato Relish
2 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Tomato & Onion Stew

  1. Cut tomatoes and onions.

  2. Fry onions in non-stick saucepan.

  3. Add tomatoes & tinned tomatoes.

  4. Add relish.

  5. Simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked.
