Tomato, onion & Mushroom gravy Side dish for chapati (Indian)

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato, onion & Mushroom gravy

3 tomatoes, diced
3 onions, chopped
10 mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste

Recipe Directions for Tomato, onion & Mushroom gravy

  1. Heat the oil in a pan

  2. Stir in ginger garlic paste

  3. Add Onions and fry till golden brown

  4. Add the tomatoes and stir

  5. Add salt, chilli and coriander powders and keep stirring

  6. Add the mushrooms and simmer till mushroom is done
