Recipe Ingredients for tomato onion lentil soup

16 oz. lentils, green
29 oz. stewed tomato
1 cup green onions
1 white onion
6 celery stalks
1 clove garlic
15 cups water

Recipe Directions for tomato onion lentil soup

  1. get some tomato chicken stock boullions and add it to water

  2. after it starts to boil, add diced veggies and tomatos

  3. bring to a boil then add lentils and let simmer for about an hour and a half.

  4. Very yummy and so low in calories! Also, you can add different spices such as thyme and sdage to taste.
