Recipe Ingredients for tomato and onion with feta and coucous

2 lb. tomatoes
1 large onion
1/2 cup couscous
3 oz feta cheese
2 tbs olive oil
1 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano

Recipe Directions for tomato and onion with feta and coucous

  1. Cut up tomatoes and onions into chunks

  2. sprinkle with slat and pepper

  3. mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar add garlic powder and oregano to taste

  4. May add sugar if needed

  5. mix tomatoes and onions wih feta and couscous

  6. pour in olive oil mixutre and stir

  7. refrigerate
