My own red sauce for pasta w/sliced onion, 3 different colored bell pepper, heirloom tomatoes and sliced stew meat.

Recipe Ingredients for Tomato, Onion, & Bell Pepper sauce w/sliced beef

1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
8 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
14 oz Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
10 oz Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
8 oz Beef Stew Meat
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Tomato, Onion, & Bell Pepper sauce w/sliced beef

slice onion in half and then slice each half into 1/4" strips, do the same w/the red, yellow, & green bell peppers. Take the heirloom tomatoes (purple, orange, yellow, & red cherry tomatoes) quarter them add that to the pan saute then add sliced stew meat, fire roasted diced tomatoes and the tomato sauce along w/the italian seasoning & sliced jalapeno (slice in half then chop each half into 1/8" sections) cook until meat is cooked thru and tender. place sauce on top of whatever pasta you feel is good and Enjoy!
