Recipe Ingredients for Tomato, Olive, and Parmesan Pizza

4 whole wheat tortillas
2 medium ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/4 cup basil, torn
1/2 teaspoon fresh black pepper

Recipe Directions for Tomato, Olive, and Parmesan Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Place tortillas on a baking sheet, top with tomato and olives- sprinkle with cheese and drizzle the olive oil over the top of each. Bake until crisp and golden and cheese is just melted through- about 10 minutes.

  3. Garnish with basil and pepper, serve
