3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 cup Onions
3 tsp Garlic
0.3 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
14 oz Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp Tomato Paste

Recipe Directions for Tomato Okra Creole

  1. saute garlic onion and green pepper

  2. add chopped okra, saute 5 mins

  3. add chopped tomatoes can undrained

  4. add tomato paste

  5. simmer 25-30 mins

  6. serve over white rice

  7. dont forget to season with cayenne to taste, salt & peper
