Recipe Ingredients for Tomato, mushroom and chicken rissoto

1 medium onion
2 small tomatoes
5 small potatoes
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic
5 mushrooms
650 grams chicken
1 1/2 cups rice
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Tomato, mushroom and chicken rissoto

  1. Place water and chicken in a pot to boil.

  2. Whilst boiling chop and add vegetables.

  3. Bring to the boil and then turn down the heat, stir occasionally.

  4. After 1 hour, add the rice and stir frequently.

  5. When the rice is cooked, serve with salt and pepper to taste.
